As Financial Controller

You'll be at the heart of the business, leading the finance function and partnering with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real influence, combining financial control with commercial insight to help shape the future of the company.

Description

  • Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decisions.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Manage company cash flow and working capital.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team with daily operations.
  • Review and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
  • Lead the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.

Profile

A Successful Financial Controller Should Have

  • A strong background in accounting and finance.
  • Professional accounting qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
  • Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership skills to manage and guide a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication skills to work across different departments.
