As Financial Controller
You'll be at the heart of the business, leading the finance function and partnering with senior leadership to drive growth, profitability, and strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role where you'll have real influence, combining financial control with commercial insight to help shape the future of the company.

Description
- Prepare and present financial reports to support strategic decisions.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Manage company cash flow and working capital.
- Supervise and support the accounting team with daily operations.
- Review and improve financial systems and processes for efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance.
- Lead the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.

Profile
A Successful Financial Controller Should Have
- A strong background in accounting and finance.
- Professional accounting qualifications, such as ACCA, ACA, or CIMA.
- Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills to manage and guide a finance team effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills to work across different departments.
