We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our global financial operations and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of financial reporting across our international business.

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will oversee accounting, reporting, compliance, audit, internal controls, and finance operations across five legal entities in the United States, Canada, Belgium, France, and the United Kingdom. This is a highly visible leadership role, combining hands-on financial control with business partnering, process improvement, and team leadership responsibilities.

This role can be based remotely in either India, UK or Portugal, supporting stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones. You will play a key role in maintaining strong financial governance, supporting business growth, driving operational excellence, and continuously enhancing finance processes, systems, and controls across the organization.

What you'll do

  • Lead accounting operations, including Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Revenue Recognition, and Cost Accounting.
  • Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, including IFRS 15 and IFRS 16, and group accounting policies.
  • Oversee statutory reporting, tax compliance, regulatory filings, and internal and external audits across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage cash flow reporting and forecasting, payroll review processes, and reporting requirements to parent entities.
  • Analyze financial and operational performance, including working capital, profitability, operational efficiency, and EBITDA.
  • Partner with business leaders and Group Finance teams to support decision-making and business growth.
  • Support revenue forecasting, sales pipeline analysis, and commission calculations.
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports, including variance analysis and business performance insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, controls, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Lead or support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and forecasting tool implementations.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop finance team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
  • Ensure consistency, governance, and financial oversight across all five legal entities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
