Financial Controller | High-Growth Global Tech Business | London

Lead. Build. Transform.

We’re partnering with a globally recognised, category-leading technology company experiencing exceptional growth and transformation. As part of a major finance evolution and scaling journey, they’re now hiring a Financial Controller to take on a pivotal leadership role within the group.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a high-impact position, leading a team of 2 Finance Managers, owning group-wide processes, and helping shape a best-in-class finance function in a business that’s scaling rapidly across international markets.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of a finance transformation and restructuring programme, giving you exposure to:

  • Building and optimising group-wide statutory and tax reporting frameworks
  • Driving SOX readiness and controls enhancement in a fast-scaling environment
  • Owning the non-headcount cost P&L across a global footprint
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decision-making

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
