The ONE Group are recruiting for an experienced Financial Controller to join an established and growing business based in March, Cambridgeshire.
This is a key leadership position within the business, reporting directly into the Managing Director and taking ownership of the finance function. It’s a genuinely broad role combining strong financial control with commercial insight, business partnering and the opportunity to influence how the business moves forward.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8am-4.30pm/8.30am-5pm (40 hours per week)
This role would require you to work from the office 5 days per week

Responsibilities:
- Ownership of the monthly management accounts and month-end process
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and scenario planning
- Cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Providing commercial insight around customer and product profitability, margins, pricing and investment
- Producing meaningful KPI reporting and information for senior stakeholders
- Supporting audit, statutory reporting, VAT and corporation tax requirements
- Leading, coaching and developing the finance team
Requirements:
- Fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) - essential
- Strong experience across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial control - essential
- Previous experience within manufacturing/FMCG/Food manufacturing environments - advantageous

- £65,000-£75,000 per annum, depending on experience
