Financial Controller | High-Growth FMCG Brand
Location: London (Hybrid)
Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 Base Salary
Start Date: ASAP

A fast-growing consumer products business is looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join the leadership team and take ownership of the finance function during an exciting phase of growth.

Working closely with the senior management team, you'll be responsible for delivering robust financial reporting, improving controls and processes, managing cashflow, and providing commercial insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of month-end and year-end processes
  • Management and development of the finance function
  • Production of management accounts and board reporting
  • Cashflow forecasting and working capital management
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial teams
  • Managing external auditors, banks, and advisors
  • Driving process improvements and financial controls

About You

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
  • Previous experience as a Financial Controller or No.2 in finance
  • Recent FMCG experience is essential
  • Strong reporting, controls, and business partnering experience
  • Hands-on and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Available to start immediately or at short notice
