About the Company
Krayden is a private equity-backed global distributor specialising in aerospace, defence, and specialty chemicals, with group revenues approaching $400M and operations spanning North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We have grown significantly through a combination of organic investment and targeted acquisitions, and we continue to expand our capabilities and geographic reach under active PE sponsorship.
Our MRO division, Aerospheres UK, is headquartered in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire, and generates approximately $150M in annual revenue. It is one of the largest and most strategically important platforms in the group, serving a global customer base in the commercial airline vertical. The division operates its own ERP environment and maintains close integration with group-level reporting, treasury, and compliance functions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
