Financial Controller

In this Financial Controller role, you'll oversee the financial operations and support the decision-making process by providing accurate and timely financial information. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance department within the industrial/manufacturing industry.

Description

  • Manage the preparation of financial reports and budgets to support business objectives.
  • Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial records and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate and manage the annual audit process with external auditors.
  • Monitor cash flow and manage the company's financial planning processes.
  • Lead and develop the Accounting & Finance team to achieve department goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business strategies.

Profile

A Successful Financial Controller Should Have

  • Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
  • Experience in overseeing financial operations within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and the ability to provide actionable insights.
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate a finance team effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders.

Job Offer
