About the Project
Global Compliance Platform (G-COP)
The Global Compliance Platform programme is a strategic initiative focused on identifying, selecting, and implementing a unified suite of compliance systems. The platform will support consistent and effective monitoring of Financial Crime risk across the bank's international operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining business requirements, producing project documentation, and authoring Target Operating Models to support the future-state operating environment.

The role requires an experienced Business Analyst who can gather requirements, conduct process analysis, manage stakeholders, and support future-state solution design. Functional knowledge of Kofax is beneficial but not essential.

- Execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Analyse and present testing outcomes and recommendations.
- Prepare regular project and workstream status reports.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and appropriately governed.
- Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues where required.
- Provide subject matter expertise to wider technology and business initiatives.

- Foster a delivery-focused culture that promotes collaboration, responsiveness, and business value.
- Comply with relevant governance, security, and compliance requirements.
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
