We're working with a leading UK-based recruitment firm that is dedicated to connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities within the technology sector.
The Role
- Analyse financial crime data and develop onboarding models
- Optimise onboarding rules and decisioning models
- Monitor model performance and recommend enhancements
- Work with Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk and Technology teams
- Support AML, KYC, sanctions screening and fraud prevention
- Produce MI, dashboards and reporting for stakeholders

What You'll Need
- Experience in Financial Crime, AML, Fraud, Risk Analytics or Financial Crime Data Analytics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with large datasets
- Experience developing or optimising models for customer onboarding, KYC or financial crime decisioning
- Good understanding of AML, KYC, sanctions and financial crime regulations
- Experience using SQL and data visualisation/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
