Business Analysis Role in Financial Crime Transformation Programme
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation as it begins a multi-year financial crime transformation programme, centred on implementing Fenergo as its client lifecycle management platform.
This is a hands-on analysis role in the programme's implementation workstream. You will work across the organisation's KYC, onboarding and periodic review processes. That means establishing how they operate today, defining how they need to operate in future, and turning that into requirements the programme can deliver.
The work is requirements-led. You will engage Financial Crime, Compliance, Operations and Technology stakeholders, map current and target state processes, and make sure what is configured in Fenergo reflects both internal policy and regulatory obligations. Because the programme is regulatory-driven, the analysis needs to be traceable, well evidenced and able to withstand scrutiny from compliance, audit and risk.
The role suits a business analyst from a financial crime change background, ideally with exposure to a CLM implementation. You should combine structured analysis with the confidence to work directly with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with a strong likelihood of extension to two years as the programme progresses. It is based in London, with three days per week on site, and is expected to start as soon as possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
