Financial Crime Implementation Lead
We're partnering with a leading financial services organisation as it begins a multi-year financial crime transformation programme, centred on implementing Fenergo as its client lifecycle management platform.
This is a delivery leadership role. You will own the financial crime implementation workstream, responsible for planning, governing and landing change across KYC, onboarding, periodic review and screening. You will also make sure the Fenergo platform is embedded successfully across the business.
The work is delivery-led. You will manage a team of analysts and subject matter experts, coordinate with the vendor, systems integrators and internal technology teams, and manage dependencies across the wider programme. Because the programme is regulatory-driven, delivery needs to stay aligned to policy and regulatory expectations throughout, and to stand up to scrutiny from compliance, audit and senior governance forums.
The role suits an experienced project manager or workstream lead from a financial crime or CLM transformation background. You should pair delivery discipline with the presence to lead steering committees and influence senior stakeholders. This is an initial 6-month engagement, with a strong likelihood of extension to two years as the programme progresses. It is based in London, with three days per week on site, and is expected to start as soon as possible.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
