Financial Crime Investigator – Telephony-Based Team (1st Line)
About the Role
Join our growing Financial Crime team as a Financial Crime Investigator in a fast-paced, telephony-driven environment.
You’ll play a critical role in supporting the launch of a new telephony-based Financial Crime team, taking ownership of escalated cases to:
- Assess financial crime risk
- Drive risk-aligned outcomes
- Ensure accurate, policy-complicit decisions
This hands-on position balances investigative work with direct customer interaction, requiring a keen eye for detail and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle escalated financial crime cases to completion
- Conduct due diligence by contacting customers directly duringzobtaining key information over the phone
- Balance investigative tasks with customer engagement in a dynamic environment
- Support the embedding of team operations, ensuring risk integrity and policy compliance
