Financial Crime KYC Quality Control Reviewer

We are looking for an experienced Financial Crime Quality Control Reviewer to support a major KYC programme.

You will independently review completed KYC, CDD and EDD files, assessing the quality of analyst work and ensuring decisions are supported by clear evidence and rationale. The role will cover customer risk ratings, beneficial ownership, sanctions, PEPs, adverse media, Source of Wealth and Source of Funds.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 to 5 years’ experience across Financial Crime, AML, KYC, CDD or EDD
  • Previous QC, QA or second-line review experience
  • Experience reviewing corporate, institutional, commercial or high-risk customers
  • Strong knowledge of AML, sanctions and risk-based KYC frameworks
  • The confidence to challenge conclusions and escalate material risks
  • Strong attention to detail and evidence-based decision-making
