About The Company

Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We're the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we're accelerating.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Financial Director who will own the full finance function with a strong focus on US operations and compliance. Your job is to keep our numbers accurate, compliant, and decision-ready as we scale, and to build the financial foundation needed for IPO-level readiness. This role exists to help the CEO make faster, smarter moves with clear financial visibility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Own company-wide financial management with a focus on US operations and compliance
  • Build and maintain executive-level reporting across P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet
  • Manage cash flow, runway, and the payment calendar to keep the business stable and scalable
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling to support growth decisions
  • Partner with external US accountants, auditors, and tax advisors to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Drive IPO / pre-IPO readiness by improving reporting quality, controls, and financial discipline
  • Work closely with leadership and business teams to evaluate investments, expansion plans, and cost efficiency

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
