This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Director, based in Hertfordshire. The Financial Director will lead and oversee financial strategy and planning, analyze financial performance, and ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance. Responsibilities also include preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and providing insights to support key business decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Statements preparation
- Strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Finance operation
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and compliance process
- Advanced knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory framework
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skill
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Experience in a leadership role within finance or accounting
