Finance Director – Scaling Hospitality Business
Equifind is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business as they look to appoint a Finance Director to lead the finance function through their next phase of growth. This is a pivotal role for a commercially astute finance leader ready to operate at board level and shape the financial strategy of a scaling operation.
The Role:
As Finance Director, you'll take full ownership of the finance function, acting as a key strategic partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. You'll drive financial planning, reporting, and controls across the business, while playing a central role in shaping commercial strategy, investment decisions, and future growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of financial strategy, planning, and reporting across the business
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and board on commercial and financial decisions
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management as the business scales
- Build and strengthen financial controls, systems, and processes to support growth
- Lead, develop, and grow the finance team as the business expands
- Partner with operational and commercial teams across multiple sites/units
- Provide robust management information to support strategic decision-making

About You:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Finance Director or senior finance leader within hospitality, leisure, or a multi-site consumer business
- Strong track record of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent commercial acumen with the ability to influence at board level
- Experience building or scaling finance functions, systems, and teams
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging with investors, stakeholders, and operational leaders
