The business has achieved exceptional growth since launch and continues to scale rapidly as it enters its next phase of development, including further corporate activity, capital raising and a potential future IPO.
Reporting to the SVP of Finance, this role will operate as the senior integration point across Internal Reporting, External Reporting, and Treasury. - Oversee the production and review of monthly management accounts, management information, and Board reporting, ensuring clarity, consistency, and a strong financial narrative.
- Lead finance workstreams supporting capital raises, acquisitions, due diligence, and other strategic corporate transactions.
- Lead relationships with external auditors and advisers, overseeing statutory reporting, the annual report, technical accounting matters, and continuous improvements in audit readiness.
- Provide strategic oversight and challenge across treasury, capital management, and liquidity, working closely with specialist treasury colleagues.
- Strengthen financial governance, controls, and risk management frameworks across the finance function.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical accounting, reporting, and stakeholder matters.
- Champion finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement across finance systems, reporting processes, and controls.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting quality, documentation, reconciliations, and month-end processes within a rapidly scaling environment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
