Finance Director

HT16499

We are partnering with a global, private equity-backed professional services business that is undergoing an exciting phase of sustained growth, transformation, and expansion. As the organisation continues to scale through both organic growth and acquisitions, an outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and technically accomplished finance leader to join the firm as Finance Director.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the finance function, with responsibility for global controllership, treasury, tax, financial reporting, governance, and finance transformation initiatives across a complex organisation.

The Opportunity

This is a high-profile role offering the opportunity to enhance the finance function within a fast-paced, acquisitive environment.

You will oversee all aspects of technical finance while driving the adoption of automation, AI-enabled processes, and operational efficiencies. Working closely with the leadership team, you will lead post-acquisition integration activity, strengthen governance and controls, improve reporting quality, and build a scalable finance infrastructure capable of supporting long-term growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
