It now wants a senior, hands-on finance leader to bring rigour, visibility and confidence to the numbers and to help unlock the funding for what comes next. Expect pace, pragmatism and plenty of big conversations.

What will you get up to?
- Lead the finance function and give it the clear, proactive leadership it needs
- Take ownership of cash flow and forecasting, including planning around the critical festive period
- Build reporting that gives the CEO and board real-time visibility of performance
- Model the financial case for licensing, franchise and potential international growth
- Set and track the KPIs that drive performance and bonus across the business
- Review site-level performance, challenging and supporting venue leaders
- Embed strong controls and financial discipline as the business scales
- Develop and coach the finance team, raising capability and accountability
What are we looking for?
- A proven Finance Director, or a senior Financial Controller ready to step up
- A background in hospitality, leisure or multi-site consumer businesses
- A strong grip on cash management in a business with seasonal peaks and troughs
- Hands-on and standalone, comfortable without a large team around you
- Commercially sharp, and confident facing into challenges rather than avoiding them
- A clear communicator
- Personable, energetic and genuinely interested in the product and the guest experience
