CTC: 1 CR INR equivalence (Negotiable depending on the experience)
ACCA or ICAEW (Mandatory) with 8–10 years of senior financial leadership experience (FD or Senior Financial Controller) in growth or project-based environments.
We are hiring an experienced Finance Director to lead the international finance function across London and Paris.
This is a hands-on, strategic leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Group CFO of the parent company in India. As part of the Executive Leadership Team, the Finance Director will combine strong financial stewardship with commercial insight to support business growth and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and consolidated financial reporting
- Drive variance analysis against AOP, forecasts and historical performance
- Manage cross-border finance teams
- Lead statutory audits, limited reviews, banking relationships and regulatory compliance
- Oversee tax compliance and corporate governance across jurisdictions
- Partner with the CEO, Board Directors and CXOs on strategic business initiatives
- Develop pricing strategies, costing models and project profitability analysis
- Build financial models, scenarios and forecasts to support executive and investor decisions
- Provide guidance on UK/international tax credits and R&D claims
What We're Looking For
- 10-15 years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally as Finance Director or Senior Financial Controller
- Relevant Finance & Accounts qualification
- Strong international accounting and multi-location statutory reporting experience
- Excellent financial modelling and commercial acumen
- Proven experience leading remote/cross-border finance teams
- Experience in growth-oriented or project-based environments

- Experience in the creative industry, familiarity with Indian listing regulations or experience working with an Indian parent company. Must be residing in London / has valid WP or PR.
