Interim Finance Director | Immediate Start | Global Online Retail
Northoaks is delighted to be partnering with a global online retail business to appoint an Interim Finance Director on an immediate-start basis.
The business
An established international e-commerce brand serving customers across multiple markets. The business is at an important stage of its journey and is looking for an experienced finance leader to provide stability, insight and direction while it moves forward.
The role
As Interim FD, you'll take ownership of the finance function and act as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. You'll bring clarity to the numbers, support key decisions and help the business stay focused on its priorities.

Key responsibilities
- Lead and support the finance team, ensuring high standards across reporting, forecasting and budgeting
- Provide clear commercial insight to the board on performance, cash flow and investment
- Strengthen financial controls, systems and processes across multiple markets and currencies
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks and other key stakeholders
- Support the business through change, whether growth, restructuring or transformation

About you
- Proven experience as an FD or senior finance leader, ideally within retail, e-commerce or consumer businesses
- Confident operating in a fast-paced, international, multi-currency environment
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- A calm, hands-on and collaborative leader who can build trust quickly
- Available to start immediately and ready to make an impact from day one
