Role Overview
This role offers the opportunity to lead financial due diligence assignments, support corporate finance transactions and provide critical insights to investors, lenders, and corporate clients. You will manage multiple engagements, oversee project delivery, and play a key role in helping clients evaluate acquisition, investment, and disposal opportunities.

Description
- Lead financial due diligence engagements on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions
- Analyse historical and forecast financial information to identify key risks and opportunities
- Prepare and review due diligence reports for a range of stakeholders
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple assignments
- Present findings and recommendations to clients, investors, and senior stakeholders
Profile
- ACA or ACCA qualified, with previous experience within financial due diligence or transaction services
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
- Ability to interpret financial information and communicate commercial insights clearly
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills
