Financial Intermediaries Relationship Manager
The Financial Intermediaries Relationship Manager is responsible for establishing, developing and expanding BOS UK's Financial Intermediaries business across the UK and relevant international markets. The role focuses on building strategic relationships with financial intermediaries, including Independent Financial Advisers (IFAs), External Asset Managers (EAMs), Multi-Family Offices (MFOs), Wealth Managers and other professional introducers, with the objective of growing Assets under Management (AUM), revenue and client acquisition.
As part of the Group's growth strategy, the incumbent will be expected to build the intermediary distribution platform, enhance market visibility, identify new business opportunities and position BOS UK as a preferred private banking partner. The successful candidate will combine strong business development capabilities, commercial acumen, regulatory awareness and relationship management expertise to deliver sustainable business growth.

Main Duties
- Develop and execute the Financial Intermediaries business strategy for BOS UK in alignment with the BOS's growth objectives.
- Identify, acquire and onboard new intermediary partners, including IFAs, EAMs, MFOs, Wealth Managers and professional introducers.
- Drive growth through intermediary referrals and distribution channels while maintaining a high-quality client portfolio to achieve financial KPIs.
- Work closely with product specialists, investment advisors and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions to intermediary partners and their clients.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of AML, KYC, Client Due Diligence and Financial Crime prevention standards.
- Maintain appropriate risk awareness and ensure robust management of client and intermediary risks.

Qualifications & Other Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ significant experience within Private Banking, Wealth Management or Financial Intermediaries business development.
- CFA Charterholder, CISI Level 6 (PCIAM) or equivalent FCA-recognised qualification.
- Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or related discipline is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the UK wealth management landscape, including IFAs, EAMs, Family Offices and intermediary distribution models.
- Demonstrated ability to build a business franchise, develop strategic partnerships and deliver commercial results.
- Experience working within a regulated financial services environment with sound knowledge of FCA requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- High level of integrity, professionalism and risk awareness.
