Management Accountant Opportunity
London (Hybrid)
£45,000 + benefits

We’re working with a well-established organisation to recruit a qualified Management Accountant into a hands-on, commercially focused role.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys ownership, analysis, and working closely with stakeholders across the business.
Requirements
- Producing monthly management accounts, budgets & forecasts
- Analysing performance and delivering clear financial insight
- Supporting funding, reporting, and financial planning
- Ensuring strong financial controls, compliance & audit readiness
- Business partnering with finance leadership and operational teams

Key responsibilities include:
- Variance analysis & financial commentary
- Budgeting, forecasting & funding tracking
- Grant/funder invoicing + Gift Aid & tax claims
- Reconciliations (bank, VAT, payroll, suppliers)
- Supporting audits & maintaining financial controls
- Improving processes and systems
What we’re looking for:
- ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (will consider a finalist)
- 2+ years post-qualified experience
- Strong management accounting & budgeting background
- Good VAT knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills
