Role Description

The Financial Management Partner is a contract, remote role responsible for advising corporate clients on financial performance, capital efficiency, and value creation strategies. Day-to-day work includes:

The role involves:

  • Collaborating with client finance and executive teams

The Financial Management Partner is expected to:

  • Work independently
  • Manage multiple client engagements
  • Maintain high professional and ethical standards in all interactions

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Financial Management and Finance, with experience supporting corporate decision-making.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze Financial Statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Solid grounding in Accounting principles and practices relevant to corporate environments.
  • Well-developed Analytical Skills for quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and problem-solving.
  • Experience working with corporate clients in sectors such as real estate, energy, or mining is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel or similar).
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and reports.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage time effectively, and handle multiple engagements concurrently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
