Join a Leading Wealth Management Firm in the Heart of London

Our client is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Financial Planner to join their growing Wealth Management team based in the City of London. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with high-net-worth individuals, professionals, entrepreneurs, and families, helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives through holistic financial planning.

You will inherit an established portfolio of clients while also benefiting from referrals generated by our wider business network, providing significant opportunities for growth and career progression.

The Role

As a Financial Planner, you will:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth and affluent clients.
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Conduct comprehensive client reviews and create bespoke financial plans.
  • Work closely with investment managers, paraplanners, and support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to deepen existing client relationships and introduce additional services where appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Contribute to business development activities and help grow the firm's client base.

About You

We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise with exceptional relationship management skills.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (Diploma qualified).
  • Experience advising clients within a Wealth Management or Independent Financial Advice environment.
  • Excellent understanding of pensions, investments, and retirement planning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to develop trusted client relationships.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of FCA regulatory requirements and Consumer Duty principles.
  • Professional, proactive, and commercially minded approach.

Desirable

  • Chartered Financial Planner status or working towards Chartered.
