The Role As a Financial Planner, you'll deliver holistic financial planning and wealth management advice to a portfolio of clients — helping them achieve their long-term financial objectives through personalised, outcome-focused advice.

  • Provide holistic financial planning advice across pensions, investments, protection, tax and estate planning
  • Conduct comprehensive fact-finding meetings and build a detailed understanding of each client's objectives and circumstances
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular reviews and ongoing servicing
  • Produce high-quality suitability reports and use cashflow modelling to support client decision-making
  • Develop new business opportunities through existing relationships, referrals and professional introducers
  • Work closely with paraplanners and client support teams to deliver an outstanding client experience

What You'll Bring

  • Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS or equivalent), with appropriate FCA adviser permissions
  • Proven experience providing regulated financial advice and managing ongoing client relationships within a financial planning, wealth management or advisory business
  • Experience delivering holistic advice across multiple planning areas
  • Working towards, or committed to progressing towards, Chartered Financial Planner status
  • Strong technical knowledge across investments, retirement and pension planning, protection, and tax-efficient and estate planning
  • A commercially minded, client-focused approach, with the drive to grow and develop client relationships
