We're partnering with a fast-growing wealth management business that is continuing to build its presence across the West Midlands. As part of its ambitious growth plans, the firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Planner who wants to join a business where they can genuinely make an impact.

You'll join a growing, ambitious business with a strong support structure, quality client introductions and an established service proposition. With dedicated paraplanning and administrative support, you'll be able to focus on what matters most - delivering high-quality financial planning and building lasting client relationships.

The Role

You'll inherit an established client portfolio from day one, giving you the opportunity to build and develop long-term relationships while continuing to grow your client base through quality introductions.

You'll be supported by an experienced team of paraplanners and administrators, allowing you to spend more time doing what you do best - advising clients, developing relationships and delivering holistic financial planning.

The business has a strong focus on client outcomes, with established processes and systems designed to support advisers in delivering a high-quality service.

Ideal Candidate

Ideally, you'll have:

  • Level 4 qualified as a minimum, with Chartered status highly desirable
  • Experience managing and developing an established client bank
  • A strong background within financial planning or wealth management
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • A genuine client-first approach to financial planning
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities within existing relationships
  • The ambition to contribute to a growing and evolving business
