Financial Planner | Manchester
I’m currently representing an established wealth management firm in Manchester seeking an accomplished Financial Planner to join its growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced financial planner looking for long-term career progression and meaningful client ownership within a professional environment that values autonomy, high-quality advice, and continued development.
The successful candidate will assume responsibility for an established client portfolio, with a clear focus on delivering sophisticated financial planning, maintaining trusted long-term relationships, and developing the book over time.

Candidate Requirements
- Level 4 qualified – minimum requirement
- CAS status – essential
- Chartered status – highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the financial planning industry
- A minimum 2-year track record operating as a Financial Planner, with direct responsibility for managing a client portfolio of £25m+ AUM
- Candidates with a combination of advisory and paraplanning experience will also be considered, for example 2 years as a Financial Planner and 3 years in Paraplanning
- Demonstrable experience of personally managing client relationships and delivering advice at Planner level
- Strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a highly professional, client-led approach
