Chartered Financial Planner – Leeds

NEGOTIABLE SALARY | LTIP | REVENUE SHARE | LEEDS | EXCLUSIVE TO NIGEL JAMES ASSOCIATES

We have been exclusively appointed to recruit an experienced Chartered Financial Planner at the growth stage of their career to join a highly regarded independent wealth management company with offices across the UK to join their office in Leeds. This is a genuinely rare and exciting opportunity at a business with an exceptional reputation, a clearly defined and successful client niche, and a compelling long-term reward structure.

The business works exclusively with HNW and UHNW private clients and has built a strong and well-established position within a specific client niche. You will be joining at an exciting point in the firm's evolution and will work directly alongside one of the lead Partners, steadily inheriting a proportion of their client portfolio over a structured transition period. Beyond this, the Partner will actively support you in developing your own client base through existing client referrals and introductions from a well-established network of high-level professional connections.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
