Independent Financial Adviser
Manage 150 clients from a retiring adviser
Up to £80k basic salary plus bonus
Near Guildford/Godalming
2 - 3 years advising experience needed as an IFA
Bonuses paid once you've achieved 1.5 x salary in all fees
My client is a wealth planning practice based outside Guildford who have been operating for 30+ years. I have met the Directors and been to their offices and placed 10 staff into the business. They have an excellent reputation providing very solid financial advice to both private and corporate clients who lives in London, Kent, Surrey, Sussex & Hampshire. They have a large book of business who are City professionals, families, retirees, and business owners with a minimum of £500k to invest with their top customer holding £3m+ to invest.

The Managing Director is seeking to recruit a brand Independent Financial Adviser who is diploma qualified and has at least 2 - 3 years of advising experience with their Competent Adviser status signed off.
The MD is seeking a new adviser who can manage c.150 clients from a retiring adviser and then there is an expectation that you will build upon this and generate new business at an steady pace with their existing network of sports clubs, business group, accountants and solicitors.

The role will be office based to begin with but you will be actively encouraged to be out and about. If you are sitting any exams towards Chartered status, then the Directors will support you with your studies. The MD is looking to offer up to £80k basic salary with an attractive bonus scheme and benefits package including Death in service and Private Medical Insurance.
