An established, independently owned wealth management business is looking to appoint an experienced Wealth Planner to join its high-performing London office.
Here Financial Planning and Investment Management work collaboratively, providing a joined-up service to HNW private clients. You will inherit an existing portfolio of clients from day one while also benefiting from a strong internal referral network through an established Investment Management team.
As a Wealth Planner, you will take responsibility for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with HNW private clients, delivering holistic Financial Planning advice.

What We're Looking For
- Level 4 Financial Planning qualifications (Chartered status is not required)
- At least one year of authorised Financial Planning experience
- Experience providing holistic regulated financial advice
Package & Progression

- Basic salary up to £85,000
- Discretionary bonus (20–30% of salary) + benefits
- Clear progression through senior planning and leadership positions, with longer-term scope to progress towards Partnership
This would suit a Planner looking for the combination of an existing HNW client base, internal referral opportunities, strong technical support and genuine long-term career progression within an established wealth management business.
