About the Role
We are searching on behalf of our client for this role. This position is not with OVI.
Join our client as a Financial Planner and play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their financial goals. You'll work closely with a small, dynamic team to ensure the client proposition is delivered on time and in compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for client files, recommendations, and suitability reports under Consumer Duty.
- Provide FCA-regulated financial planning advice with a focus on compliance and suitability assessments.
- Maintain comprehensive client files and records of discussions.
- Prepare recommendations and oversee the creation of suitability reports with support staff.
- Deliver the client service proposition in line with company mission and Consumer Duty outcomes.
- Conduct research on market and legislative developments to identify financial planning opportunities.
- Mentor and develop colleagues in financial planning practices.

Your Profile
- 5–10 years of experience in financial planning.
- Proven track record in FCA-regulated advice and compliance.
- Strong client ownership skills.
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members is a plus.
