We are working with our client, an established and growing independent financial planning business, to recruit an experienced Independent Financial Planner to join their expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Level 4 qualified adviser who enjoys the new business side of financial planning – engaging with new clients by phone and online, completing fact finds and delivering high-quality financial recommendations.

The Role

You will:

  • Engage with new clients primarily via telephone and online meetings
  • Complete comprehensive fact finds
  • Provide holistic independent advice across pensions, investments and protection
  • Deliver compliant and appropriate financial recommendations
  • Work closely with administration, research and compliance teams
  • Focus on new business and initial client engagement

Ongoing annual reviews are handled separately by a dedicated client review team, allowing you to concentrate on new clients and new business.

What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • ✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience within a financial planning/adviser environment
  • ✅ Strong telephone and online client engagement skills
  • ✅ Knowledge of pensions, investments and protection
  • ✅ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • ✅ Strong compliance and professional standards
  • ✅ CAS is not required
