About the role
You'll manage and develop a portfolio of clients. Some will be transitioning from existing advisers, and some will be joining through recent acquisitions. You'll build long-term, trusted relationships and deliver high-quality, compliant advice tailored to each client. You'll be supported by company-provided leads, including Trusted Advisor, Lumin News, seminars and wider marketing initiatives, as you grow new business.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as their main point of contact
- Building relationships based on a genuine understanding of each client's goals and circumstances
- Delivering compliant advice across investments, pensions, protection and wider financial planning
- Preparing for and running client meetings, working closely with paraplanning support on suitability reports
- Generating new business and identifying opportunities to develop existing client relationships
- Working towards KPIs aligned with your experience
- Keeping client files and fact-finds accurate and up to date, in line with our compliance standards
What we're looking for
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a financial planning or advisory role
- Sound technical knowledge across investments, pensions and protection
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to generate and develop new business
- An organised, proactive approach and the ambition to grow within the firm
