Job Title: Financial Planner
Location: Southampton
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + Bonus

An established Independent Financial Planning firm with an excellent reputation is looking for a Financial Planner to join its growing team. Whether you are at the start of your adviser journey or have a few years of experience and are ready to take the next step, this opportunity offers regular leads, strong earning potential and a supportive team to help you progress.
Our client combines fully independent advice with a modern approach to financial planning, placing excellent client care at the heart of the business. The firm embraces technology, including AI, to support its advisers and enhance the service it provides.
- You will have the opportunity to work with existing clients and receive regular leads each month, with the firm reporting a lead conversion rate of over 70%.
- Full paraplanning and administration support will allow you to focus on building relationships and delivering tailored advice.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored, independent financial advice that reflects each client’s needs and objectives.
- Build lasting client relationships through excellent service and ongoing support.
- Develop new client relationships from the leads provided.
- Build professional connections and identify further opportunities to grow your client base.
- Contribute to the continued growth of the firm.

The Required Skills:
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
- Competent Adviser Status is welcomed but is not essential.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent client care.
- A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career.
- An openness to using technology as part of a modern financial planning service.
