Senior IFA Administrator
Bishop’s Stortford
£35,000 – £40,000
We are working with a well-established wealth management business that is looking to add an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to its Client Services team.
This is a varied role supporting high-net-worth clients, working closely with Advisers, Relationship Managers and Wealth Planners to deliver a high level of client service.
You’ll be involved across the full client journey, from onboarding and new business through to ongoing administration, provider liaison and adviser support.

- Supporting new client onboarding, including AML checks, risk profiling and Letters of Authority
- Processing investments, protection policies, transfers, contributions and withdrawals
- Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
- Liaising with clients, providers and platforms to progress requests
- Managing client queries and keeping them updated throughout the process
- Preparing documentation and annual review packs for Advisers
We’re Looking For Someone With
- Previous IFA / financial planning administration experience
- Good knowledge of financial planning processes and products
- Experience dealing with clients, ideally HNW clients
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good Microsoft Office and IO skills
- CII Level 4 or a willingness to work towards a professional qualification would be advantageous
