Financial Planning Administrator
My client is the high-profile wealth management advisory division of a major national financial services organisation. Due to the continuing very strong growth of the firm, they wish to appoint an additional, experienced, Financial Planning Administrator to the Belfast-based team.
You will be providing administration support to the firm’s Advisors and Paraplanners. This will include:
- Managing client databases and the back-office system, Intelliflo Office (IO)
- Preparing and printing quotations, valuations, brochures and application forms.
- Processing new business and servicing existing clients
- Liaising and dealing with investment and insurance companies
- Liaising with advisers as appropriate
- Preparing documentation for review
- Office administration generally including the use of Excel, analysis, updating databases and file scanning

Requirements
The successful applicant must have previous experience working in a support role in financial planning, and will have experience using any of the following systems:
