Armitage Search & Advisory is delighted to be partnering with a well-established, boutique Wealth Management firm in North Yorkshire in their search for an experienced Administrator to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator with a background in financial services to support a close-knit team of advisers, working across the full spectrum of client administration.

- Pensions administration (including SIPPs and workplace schemes)
- Investment and platform administration
- New business processing and client onboarding, including AML/KYC checks
- Preparing valuations, portfolio reports and client review packs
- Liaising with product providers, platforms and third parties on behalf of clients
- Maintaining accurate client records and CRM/back-office systems
- Diary management and preparation for adviser/client meetings
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate file notes
What Our Client Is Looking For
- Previous administration experience within Wealth Management, IFA, or Financial Planning environment
- Strong working knowledge of pensions and investment products
- Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and providers
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. CII) desirable but not essential
