Our client, an established and growing Financial Planning firm, is looking to appoint an Administrator to join a newly formed team supporting its desk-based Financial Planning function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience within a Wealth Management firm to join a growing team, develop their technical knowledge and build a long-term career towards Paraplanning and Financial Planning.

The Role

You'll provide administrative and client support to a team of Financial Planners, helping to manage the client journey and ensuring the smooth delivery of financial planning services. The role will offer a mixture of technical administration and client-facing responsibilities, providing excellent exposure to the wider Financial Planning process.

Essential

  • Experience working in a wealth management environment in an administrative or client support capacity.
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and providing a high level of service.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a busy Financial Planning environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong IT skills, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
