The Company
An established Investment Management firm with UK and International clients. Specialising in Ultra High Net Worth and Investment Management and Wealth Planning / Advice.
The Role
The Financial Planning Administrator will sit within the Wealth Planning business who provide financial planning and investment advice to wealthy individuals.
The Financial Planning Administrator will provide Client Services Support to Financial Planners and Directors, maintaining high standards that they offer their clients - arranging meeting packs for client meetings.

- Client onboarding (setting up new clients on the system)
- Implementation of financial advice – liaison with pension and product providers
- Pre-completion of forms for new and transferring pensions, protection and ISAs, and submission of forms to providers
The system used is Intelliflo.
The Financial Planning Administrator will provide general administration including:
- Client queries
- Correspondence and client valuations
- Fees
- General Financial Planning research and support including writing suitability reports
A working knowledge of anti-money laundering procedures, Consumer Duty and the Annual Review process is vital, along with a good understanding of Pensions, ISA’s and Offshore Bonds.

The Candidate
- 2-5 years’ experience in a Financial Planning administration / Wealth Planning Support.
- Experience of Intelliflo would be highly desired - or similar Wealth Planning systems.
- A strong focus on providing a high level of client service.
- Experience pension administration and life business would be beneficial.
- Well-organised and with strong time management skills.
- Professional and meticulous – strong attention to detail.
- Committed to learning and developing.
