A well-established Financial Planning firm in Godalming is seeking an Administrator to join its Client Support team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a career in financial services, working closely with Advisers, Paraplanners, and Team Leaders in a collaborative and professional environment.
The role is fully office based (with the occasional remote day), offering excellent training, exam support, and genuine career development opportunities.

As an Administrator, you will play a key role in managing the client lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring a seamless client experience and supporting the advice team.

To Be Considered For This IFA Admin Position
- At least 1 year’s experience in financial services administration
- Knowledge of Intelligent Office (IO) is advantageous, but training can be provided
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise client requests
- Eagerness to continue personal and professional development
