About the Role
We’re looking for a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support KPay’s UK and EU expansion through rigorous financial modelling and commercial analysis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with the Regional team to build financial models, analyse revenue and cost drivers, evaluate unit economics, and support forecasting and planning.
You’ll be responsible for turning financial and commercial data into clear insights that support business decisions. This includes building scenario analyses, assessing cash requirements, challenging assumptions, and helping the team understand the financial impact of different growth strategies and initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and enjoys building financial models from the ground up in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the business and see your analysis directly influence the development of a new market from 0 to 1.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models to support the UK and EU expansion, including revenue, cost, profitability and cash flow projections
- Analyse key revenue and cost drivers and translate business assumptions into financial forecasts
- Develop and evaluate unit economics, including customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, payback periods and contribution margins
- Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess the financial impact of different business assumptions, growth plans and strategic initiatives
- Support annual planning, budgeting and rolling forecasts, including tracking actual performance against plan
- Analyse business performance and identify key drivers behind revenue, costs, margins and cash requirements
- Challenge assumptions in financial models and business cases, identifying risks, gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Build financial analyses and business cases to support commercial and operational decision-making
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and performance tracking across key financial and commercial metrics
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, validate assumptions and translate financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc financial and commercial analysis for the Regional team and wider business

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in FP&A / financial analysis / investment / strategy / management consulting / fintech / payments / or high-growth start-ups; fresh graduates with strong relevant backgrounds are welcome to apply too.
- Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to build, maintain and independently sanity-check financial models
- Strong understanding of financial concepts including revenue and cost drivers, unit economics, profitability, cash flow and forecasting
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with financial and commercial data
- Advanced Excel skills are required; experience with SQL, data visualisation or data crawling is a plus
- Strong commercial judgement and the ability to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial analysis into clear business insights and recommendations
- Rigorous, detail-oriented and self-driven, with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes and infrastructure are still being built
