The Business Services and Outsourcing team delivers critical, long-term value through high-level accounting, compliance, and strategic FP&A solutions. Operating nationally and internationally, the firm offers a highly collaborative environment where agile problem-solvers can manage key portfolio accounts, build key market relationships, and actively shape service offerings.
Responsibilities:
As an FP&A Associate Director you will:
- Lead the execution of the firm's growth plan for FP&A, coordinating the market rollout of new propositions targeted at scale-up and growth businesses.
- Work closely with the lead partner to establish and grow the firm's FP&A offering.
- Drive business development initiatives by identifying, targeting, and converting new business opportunities across the region.
- Oversee the commercial management and delivery of a dynamic portfolio of client FP&A projects, ensuring high standards and client satisfaction.
- Build, maintain, and leverage deep strategic relationships with senior client stakeholders, Managers, Directors, and Partners.
- Utilize advanced tools including PowerBI and Excel to build complex financial models, forecasts, and strategic reporting suites.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across international and domestic teams to identify cross-selling opportunities for the firm's wider service lines.
- Proactively identify operational enhancements to optimize client delivery and expand advisory service offerings.

Requirements:
- Professional accountancy qualification (ACA / ACCA) or equivalent demonstratively relevant experience.
- Proven track record in delivering high-level FP&A services within accountancy practice or consultancy.
- Strong business development background with demonstrated success building and managing key client relationships.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, and modern FP&A tools.
