Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
About the Role
A leading international organisation operating within a fast-paced, multi-site environment is seeking an ambitious FP&A Manager to join its finance leadership team based near Heathrow. This is a newly created, highly visible role offering genuine influence across the business. You will work closely with senior leadership, operational stakeholders, and support functions to drive performance, challenge decision-making, and shape strategic direction.

Your New Role
As FP&A Manager, you'll be at the centre of the business's planning and performance agenda, taking ownership of budgeting, forecasting, business case evaluation, and performance analysis across multiple business units. You will manage a team of two Financial Analysts and will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in influencing operational and financial decisions through insightful analysis and commercial challenge.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification
- Proven FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering experience
- Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capabilities
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting budget and forecasting processes
- The confidence to challenge, influence, and hold stakeholders accountable
- A proactive approach to process improvement and automation
- The ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-finance audiences
