Role Overview
As an FP&A Specialist, you will leverage your finance expertise to create and evaluate financial planning scenarios, contributing to the training of frontier AI systems. Your insights will guide operational decisions and enhance AI capabilities.
$150 per hour | 10-40 hrs/week | Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Create, review, and evaluate high-quality financial planning scenarios.
- Contribute high-quality training data for frontier AI systems.
- Explain financial tradeoffs to non-finance stakeholders.
- Turn variance analysis into actionable recommendations.

Core Requirements
- Have strong relevant experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or finance business partnering.
- Experience in owning a P&L, annual budget, rolling forecast, and monthly variance process.
- Ability to translate accounting actuals into operational decisions.
- Experience with P&L ownership, management reporting, and budget consolidation.
- Comfortable with committed-expense analysis and cost control.

- Strong analytical approach to reviewing and improving professional content.
- High level of consistency when assessing technical and transactional accuracy.
- Comfortable managing deliverables with minimal supervision.
