Location: London (Hybrid – minimum 3 days per week in the office)
A global natural resources business is looking to appoint an FP&A Analyst into its Group FP&A team in London. You'll partner with site and corporate stakeholders to support forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis across a portfolio of operating and development assets, while contributing to group-wide reporting and strategic planning activities.
Responsibilities:
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities
- Analyse financial and operational performance across multiple business units
- Partner with site finance and operational teams to review forecasts and results
- Deliver monthly management reporting, variance analysis and KPI reporting
- Support group planning cycles, consolidations and performance reviews
- Build financial models, scenario analysis and business cases
- Prepare reporting and presentations for Executive Management and Board stakeholders
- Contribute to finance transformation, reporting improvements and ad hoc projects

Successful Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience within FP&A, commercial finance or performance reporting
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills
- Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build and maintain financial models
- Experience with Power BI and reporting systems is advantageous
- Natural resources, mining or infrastructure industry experience is beneficial
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Commercially minded with a proactive and analytical approach
