FP&A Lead Opportunity
A high-growth PE-backed international technology business is looking to appoint an FP&A Lead into its Group Finance team. This is a high-visibility role reporting into the Global Head of FP&A, with exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to make a real impact across reporting, forecasting, financial modelling and commercial decision-making.

- Lead monthly reporting, management accounts and KPI reporting
- Own budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analysis
- Provide commercial insight and business partnering to senior stakeholders
- Analyse and improve data across reporting and revenue
- Drive process improvements across FP&A and management reporting
- Support the evolution of finance systems, processes and MI

Successful Candidate
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong FP&A and management accounting experience
- SaaS/technology experience, recurring revenue exposure is desirable
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset
- Confident communicating financial insights to senior stakeholders
