The Opportunity

Stanton House is exclusively supporting a leading international data consultancy (£40m revenue) with the appointment of an Interim Senior FP&A / Finance Analyst for an initial three-month contract, with the assignment likely to extend to six months.

The business is undergoing a significant transformation following recent investment from a leading private equity investor. This is a commercially focused opportunity, and you will work with a PE-backed organisation that has a complex international footprint.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own the new financial planning model following the carve-out.
  • Develop three-year plans, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial models.
  • Build integrated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow planning models.
  • Create scenario analysis, sensitivities, and driver-based financial models.
  • Work across Sage, SAP, and multiple international data sources to consolidate disparate financial information.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather assumptions, challenge inputs, and translate incomplete data into robust financial models.
  • Produce investor-grade planning outputs for senior leadership and PE stakeholders.
  • Drive improvements to planning processes, reporting, and financial modelling capability.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
