The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a commercially minded Finance Analyst to join a high-growth international business. Reporting into the FP&A team, this role offers exposure across commercial finance, financial planning, analysis, reporting, and business partnering.
This is a fantastic position for a part-qualified accountant looking to develop their FP&A skillset within a fast-paced, data-driven environment, while working closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the consolidation of budgets and forecasts across international business units.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reporting packs for senior leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather financial and operational data.
- Provide analysis and insights to support planning and decision-making processes.
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor monthly performance against budget, forecast, and prior year results.
- Produce regular financial and commercial reports, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Support the preparation of management and board reporting.
- Analyse revenue, margin, and profitability performance across business areas.

Business Partnering
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to evaluate business performance.
- Deliver meaningful insights into revenue, costs, profitability, and operational drivers.
- Support stakeholders with ad hoc analysis and recommendations.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve financial performance.
Process Improvement
- Support ongoing finance transformation and automation initiatives.
- Improve reporting efficiency and forecasting accuracy through data analysis and modelling.
- Contribute to process standardisation and continuous improvement projects.
- Help develop more effective financial reporting and planning tools.
About You
Experience & Qualifications
- 1-3 years' experience within FP&A, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
- Studying towards ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifications.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
- Experience using planning or reporting systems would be advantageous.
